Why is our side bar at the bottom of the page???

I KNOW! I KNOW! let me explain this. sigh. dai oh dai. Jojo!
hahhaah ok. let's be serious.

Assumption 1:
Let's take it that Blogger displays only 10 posts each time, regardless of the length of each posts. (i'm not sure how this works, but posts could go into archives based on time frame or what.)

Assumption 2:
The side bar has a maximum length.

OK. Scenario one. Looking at the figure on the left, there is no problem. The total length of the ten posts do no exceed the maximum length of the side bar.

Now, Look at scenario two, which is the problem that we having now. Is that we have added two extremely long posts. But due to bloggers constrain of always diaplaying ten posts, we now have an extremely long main column! The length of the main column now exceeds that of the maximum length of the side bar.
The remainder of the total square of the main column and side bar forms an 'invisible' border.

And what happens?

The side bar is shifted down so as to compensate for the very long main column. Basically it follows as the main column expands. The thing is that the side bar doesnt expand alongside. It simply reworks the problem by shifting downwards to fill up the end.

And there we have it ladies and gentlemen! Why our sidebar has shifted to the bottom of the page! hahhah or at least so i think. because that's what happened in dreamweaver. i'm not quite sure if blogger works the same way. hhehehe. BUT! i will figure a solution out soon! YEAH! and in any case, i might just be totally, pathetically wrong! heehhehehe but i impressed you for a moment there didnt I? hahahhahha

Moral of the story? Jojo. you're not allowed to put up so big posts at one go anymore! Please break them up into smaller posts! hhehehhe. love ya!

Border's sucks!!

I'm never going to shop at Border's again! they are plain horrific! The books are badly arranged, the variety is not wide enough and the books are always in tattered conditions!
I was so pleased with myself for having bought the September issue of Vogue! because September issues of all magazines are always very important!
AND THEN! to my horror when reading it today!! there's a huge hole at the back of my magazine! and some bits got ripped out!! see! that's the terrible condition they treat their books!
i love my books and magazines and if i'm gonna pay so much for it it had better be a good copy u know?! ARGH!!
So now i will frequent Kinokuniyo instead, which like the typical japanese, who remind me of being very rigid has arranged their books in immaculate, easy to find order! and i have a new book heaven! BASHEER graphic books! i dont know why i didnt find them earlier, they sell all sorts of graphic books, design fashion, photography, blah blah! AND! they give discount too!!!! yeah!!! hhehehehe

And on a lighter note, i'm going to be getting a digicam soon! daddy's agreed to get one. he said was going to do so this sunday, but i call home to find out that mum and dad are in pontian! it's gonna take longer than i thought. so in the mean time, this is all i can offer. ..
and dai... used condoms are gross!!! argh!

mount pleasant

so, i moved into my new flat.
opened the door at around 10am saturday (after spending fuckloads of time at passport control. and a good hour on the tube -- knitting), and find that the door has it's chain on.
which is good, coz certain that t's taking role of house watcher very seriously.

enter my room -- which is like a professional mover's nightmare. boxes sitting precariously on top each other, wires that have gleefully reproduced in a box and spilling over, PS2 and 9 576 387 game controls, medicalmedicalmedical books, cheap spray painted festive twigs, letters, pirated DVDs/games/porn, assortment of neckties, bag of shoes (culprit. you know who you are).

chatting to t, who is wearing only jeans and some sort of amulet around his neck, in my room, when i see a flash of a figure go by behind his head.

"who's that??"

"huh? oh. (turns around, sees tall angmoh girl)"

"oooooh. (second of realisation) hi l."

believe its the crashing that resulted in finding of johnnies in the bathroom bin. kinda wished that even if they did it, that they throw them johnnies away before i get back. oh. and they probably did it in my sheets and duvet. they certainly need to go to the launderette.

it's just that i've been very busy figuring everything out in school! like old school drawings and indesign and photoshop! basically A-do-o-bi! if i had more time i would have definitely figured it out!
i bought a new phone everyone! motorola v3... but i'm not quite sure i'm all that happy with it now.. i bought it only cause it was cheap... i miss my nokia 7250 now... sob...

I have soo sooo soooooo many on my computer. And they're all so nice to look at! I can't bear to leave any of them out. Plus, i don't know how to make collages (somebody teach me how. also want to learn to crop. and make skins), so looks like you all will have to deal with lots of finger aching scrolling.

Also. To great horror, discovered that i do not need 'Hello' to help me upload pictures. Yes puppy, i am a dick.

KT, unfortunately, i cannot take a picture of the picture without the flash going crazy. Also many creases on the picture itself, so probably won't turn out in desired manner.
